Unclaimed Orders: Orders that are not delivered due to issues with customs or the customer being unreachable (e.g., unreachable via phone or email) will not be refunded. It is essential for customers to provide accurate contact information and to stay responsive to communication attempts.

Shipping Times: Express Shipping: Your parcel will be delivered by DHL within 3 - 5 working days. Standard Shipping: Your parcel will be delivered by Aramex within 5 - 9 working days.

During peak periods like sales events and holidays, there may be delays in delivery.

Tracking Your Order: Both Express and Standard shipping options come with tracking capabilities. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online.
